When setting up users on your production,
00:11
you can add a new user and add them to a folder all at once.
00:16
This is equivalent to first adding them as a contact
00:20
and then assigning that contact to your selected folder,
00:23
except it's all done in a single step to save you a bit of time.
00:28
To do so, first make sure the participants tab is selected
00:32
and you'll also want to double check that the
00:34
correct folder has been selected in the middle column.
00:37
Then click on the Add Contact button at the bottom of the participants column
00:43
and enter in the new user details.
00:47
The permission will default to viewer,
00:49
but you can select any permission you like from the drop down link,
00:53
as well as add a roll label, if you wish.
00:57
Click the add button to add the new user to the folder.
01:03
And that's it.
01:04
The user will now have access to this folder within your production,
01:08
and if they're a brand new user to Flow Capture,
01:10
they'll get a notification requesting that they set up their account credentials.
