production,
00:19
and folder.

In order to help keep your productions organized,
00:24
however,
00:24
you'll also notice that all productions on the platform are organized into groups.
00:30

00:34
but with an important distinction in terms of functionality.
00:38
Simply put, groups are just organizational labels that help
00:42
you keep your productions organized and easy to access.
00:45
Notably, unlike the company, production, and folder levels,
00:49
permissions or settings cannot be applied or adjusted at the group level.

When your account is first set up, you'll start with three groups by default:
00:58
active,

and post.
01:02
If you're a company admin, you can rename or add to these as you like.
01:08
To create a new group,
01:09
navigate to the company name on the assets tab right under the folders icon.
01:14
There, you'll find a new group button along the top bar.
01:18
Clicking on it allows you to name your new group
01:26
and give it a color.
01:31
Once a group is created,
01:32
you can then move productions into or out of it by simply clicking
01:36
