How to manage multi-team permissions

When viewing the participant details column in the managed teams panel,

you may notice that some users have multiple permissions listed.

Since users could be added to folders in multiple ways,

and since they could be a member of multiple teams,

Flow Capture will always show you all of

the permissions that a user has been granted,

so that those permissions can be effectively managed.

For example,

this user has three permissions listed in the folder in question:

Let's look at each one individually.

At the top,

we simply see the name of the folder in

question along with their role and their permission set.

This means that this user was assigned to this folder

directly from the contacts column with the default permission

Next we see team three downloaders,

which is the name of one of our teams on this production.

That means that this user was added to this team

and that team was assigned to this folder with

the default permission set applied to all users,

Whenever a user has multiple permission sets on a folder,

Flow Capture will always honor the highest permission set.

If a user is a member of a team

and that team is removed from that folder,
