Once you've created a playlink,
00:11
the next step is to add the specific assets you want to include.
00:15
On the assets tab of the play link builder,
00:18
you'll see all the assets from within the folder
00:20
you're sending the playlink from, grouped into batches.
00:25
There are two ways to add assets to your playlink.
00:28
The first way is to find an individual asset
00:31
either by opening the batch where it lives
00:36
or by using the search function at the top.
00:42
Once you find it, simply click on the asset card to add it to your playlink asset list.
00:50
The second way to add assets can be used when
00:52
you want to add all assets that meet a specific criteria.
00:56
You can do so
00:57
by first re-batching your assets based
00:59
off that criteria, such as scene, episode, or camera,
01:03
and then clicking the select all button.
01:12
Note that re-batching in this way uses the metadata associated with your assets,
01:18
so it's important that the metadata be complete to add assets by this method.
01:23
Once assets have been added,
01:25
you can rearrange the order of those assets by clicking and
01:28
holding on that asset card and dragging it to the decision
01:31
you'd like it to appear in.
01:35
If you'd like to remove an asset, simply click the X in the upper right hand corner.
