The in app screenshot tool allows you to capture stills from any

video source and store them as a new asset within the platform.

your screenshots will stay protected by our

security features like any other asset.

And we also maintain all of the associated metadata from the clip it was taken from.

Because taking an in app screenshot will create a new asset,

note that this feature will only be available

to those with the uploader permission or better.

To take an in app screenshot, first

navigate to the frame of the clip you wish to take it from.

Once there,

click the screenshot tool located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

You'll notice that by default, the new asset will be named after the parent asset

and will also include the time code where it was taken.

You can change this by selecting this text

and renaming it to whatever you'd like.

Next, select the batch that you'd like to add it to

and then click the save button.

Your screenshot will now be located in the batch that you saved it to

and is treated like any other asset on the platform.
