When you access the playlink panel,
00:11
you'll likely see playlinks in different statuses:
00:14
drafts,
00:15
active,
00:16
and expired.
00:17
Let's dive deeper into each status to understand
00:20
how they fit into your content distribution workflow.
00:23
When you save that playlink as a draft, it appears under the draft section.
00:27
Any draft playlink can be edited by first
00:29
selecting it and then clicking on the edit button.
00:32
You can preview the draft and send it if everything looks good.
00:35
Additionally,
00:36
there's an option to duplicate your draft playlinks in case
00:39
you need to send the same playlink to different distribution lists.
00:44
In the active section,
00:45
you'll find all sent playlinks that recipients still have access to. From here,
00:50
you can resend playlinks to all participants, if
00:53
you wish, using the resend button at the bottom,
00:56
or selectively to individual users by clicking on
00:59
the resend button next to the recipient's name.
01:04
Active playlinks are also editable, which allows you to add or remove assets
01:08
or users, as well as change any of the options available for that playlink.
01:13
Any changes to the playlink itself, such as updated options, added assets,
01:18
removed assets, etc.,
01:20
will automatically be updated on the recipient's end
01:23
but no notifications will be sent automatically.
01:27
However,
01:27
if when editing you add a new recipient,
01:30
the notification will be sent to them
01:33
so that they're aware that content has been shared with them for review.
01:37
Note that it will only be sent to the new recipients
01:40
and not the recipients who are already on the playlink.
01:43
Once the playlink surpasses its expiration date, it moves to the expired section.
01:48
Here,
01:49
You can duplicate or un expire these playlinks, making them
01:53
available for review again based on the settings you select.
