Whenever you need to add assets,

1. Open the Upload panel.
To upload an asset, click the Upload button at the top of the Assets tab or open the Transfer tab on your left-hand side.
2. Create a new batch.
On the Upload panel, type your new batch's name under Create new batch and click Create to save it. Make sure it is selected (it should be highlighted in blue).
3. Upload an asset
Now that you've got your batch selected, the uploading process is very straightforward. You can either drag and drop files into the uploading panel or click Browse to select them from your local folders.
4. Notify Folder participants
Switch off the toggle Create Inbox Messages and Notify All participants and select a user under the toggle to be notified.
Your assets are now ready to be uploaded – click the Upload button and wait for the upload to be fully processed. Open the folder from the Desktop and play the newly uploaded file.
