If you want to review your uploads before making them available to viewers,
00:13
you can use our hidden batch workflow
00:16
within the upload panel. First, navigate to the create new batch section.
00:21
When creating your new batch,
00:22
you can make it a hidden batch by checking the create hidden batch checkbox.
00:29
After saving the new hidden batch, you can upload your assets to it,
00:32
leaving the notifications turned off.
00:37
With this set up. When you click the upload button, no notifications will be sent in
00:42
and your batch will be hidden from anyone who is a viewer on the folder in question.
00:47
Once the upload is complete,
00:49
you'll notice the batch containing those assets in your folder
00:52
with a hidden flag next to the batch name.
00:55
You can double check your work, ensuring that you've uploaded all the correct files,
00:59
haven't missed any files, the files are all named correctly, etc.
01:05
If you do need to change something, you can do
01:07
so before making the files available to the viewers on the folder.
01:21
Once everything looks good, you then have the option to unhide the batch.
01:25
Simply locate the batch inside the folder and click
01:28
on the lock icon next to the batch name.
01:31
When you do this,
01:32
you'll also have the opportunity to notify participants about your new uploads
01:36
so that they're aware of the content that has been added.
01:45
If selected, your team members will receive an
01:48
inbox notification about the newly uploaded content.
01:51
They'll also receive an email notification
01:54
as long as they've opted to receive email
01:56
notifications about new uploads on this folder.
