Once you've created a playlink and added all of your assets,
00:11
the next step is to select the participants that you'd like to send this playlink to.
00:16
There are three ways to add participants to a playlink.
00:21
The first way is to either search
00:24
or scroll through the list of participants on the
00:26
left hand side to find an individual and then
00:29
click the plus button next to their name.
00:32
Note that you can either scroll
00:34
through all participants on that specific production
00:37
or, if you're a member of multiple productions within a company,
00:41
you can view all contacts across that company.
00:47
The second way is to add participants in bulk using the Teams function.
00:51
Teams can be set up by anyone who's an admin on a project.
00:55
So if you're not an admin,
00:56
you'll need to coordinate with someone who is, to have new teams added.
01:00
Teams are a way to add multiple users to folders in bulk,
01:03
but they can also act as distribution lists for playlinks.
01:08
Simply find the team you wish to add
01:10
and click the plus button next to the name.
01:16
The third way is to click the add participant button at the top
01:20
and then add their first name,
01:23
last name,
01:25
and email address.
01:30
Note that the ability to add users in this way is
01:33
limited to those with admin permissions across the entire production.
01:37
So if you're not a production admin,
01:39
you won't have the ability to add net new users in this way.
01:44
When adding users via this method,
01:46
the recipient may be required to create a Flow Capture
01:49
account in order to view the play ink,
01:51
depending on the playlink access type selected.
01:54
More on this will be covered in a playlink options tutorial.
01:60
If you'd like to remove a user,
02:01
simply click the X next to their name
02:04
and they'll be removed from the recipients list.
02:07
Once you're done adding users, click next to select your playlink options.
