Whenever a playlink is sent out,
00:11
you can easily keep track of which recipients have viewed it and which ones haven't.
00:16
To do so, first navigate to the playlinks tab.
00:22
Next, find the playlink name under either the active or expired section on the left.
00:28
Once you click on the playlink in question,
00:30
you'll notice that beside each playlink recipient
00:33
is either a viewed or unviewed icon,
00:36
indicating whether or not they viewed the content that has been sent.
00:43
Note that Flow Capture provides an option to only
00:46
show this viewed or unviewed status to admins.
00:49
So if you don't see this info, it's due to this restriction being turned off.
00:55
If you're an admin and you prefer to keep this viewed /
00:57
unviewed status private and restrict access to this info,
01:01
you can do so through the folder security tab.
01:04
First, navigate to the desktop and find the folder you wish to restrict.
01:14
Next, find the security settings section on your right hand side for that folder
01:19
and look for the admin only access to playlink status toggle.
01:23
When switched on,
01:25
only users with admin permissions will have access to information on who has
01:29
viewed and who has not viewed the playlinks found within that folder.
