When you choose to move or copy assets,

using the manage assets panel,

you also have the ability to manage the notifications

sent to your team members about this action.

Once you confirm your decision to move or copy the selected assets,

you'll be prompted to decide whether or not you

wish to notify the participants of the destination folder.

The notification process is similar to the

one triggered for uploading brand new assets.

If you click Yes, you'll then be asked to specify who should be notified.

You can choose to notify all folder participants

or selectively notify individual team members

to receive an email notification.

Users must have the upload notification toggle

turned on, which is the default setting.

This generates an email and a message in their Flow Capture inbox.
