Create playlists and add assets

Now that you've created your room, the next step is to add assets to it,

so that you and your team can review them in real time. Once the room is open,

rather than adding assets directly,

the process for bringing assets into a room involves first adding them

to a playlist and then bringing the playlist itself into the room.

Note that a playlist is a different feature than a playlink,

which is a selection of assets that can be sent out to users for review on their own.

The sole purpose of a playlist is to

bring assets into a room for collaborative live review.

To set up an asset to be brought into a room first,

navigate to the folder where it lives.

Next, click on its name

and then select playlist on the menu that appears at the top.

You'll notice that you can create a new playlist

or add the asset to an existing one.

We'll create a new one to be brought into our room.

From here, you can keep adding as many new assets as you'd like.

Note that unlike playlinks, playlists can have assets from multiple folders,

allowing you flexibility when creating your sessions,

Once you've finished your playlist, head back to the room section

and select your room in the middle.

and then find your playlist either by searching or scrolling.

You can expand the playlist to see the thumbnails of the

assets found within it, to ensure you're adding the correct one.
