Navigate the Inbox

The inbox can be thought of as your

notification center within the Flow Capture platform.

Once you select it from the navigation panel on the left,

you'll notice that it is comprised of three columns.

On the left, we have the message type filters

In the middle,

we have the headers of each message. And on the right,

the content of the selected message.

Clicking the inbox icon will show you all notifications that have been sent to you,

but you can further filter these messages in several different ways.

Clicking the shares icon will only show you playlinks that have been sent to you.

The folder activity icon will show you any folder activity

that has generated a notification such as uploads or comments.

And the live streams icon will show you any

live assets that you've been sent a notification for.

You can also filter your messages by those you flagged,

those that have been archived,

and those that you have sent.

you can choose whether you want to scroll through all

The middle column will have the headers of all of the messages that you've been sent.

When selected, the content of that message will be displayed to the right.

Note that the default view is to show all

notifications across all productions that you're a participant on.
