Create a new Playlink

Playlinks can best be described as a curated selection of assets sent to specific

recipients who will be able to access those assets for a limited period of time.

Each time you create a playlink,

you'll be able to set restrictions and select options for those assets based

on your specific needs which we will cover in the playlink options tutorial.

There are two ways to create a new playlink.

The first way is via the desktop. When inside of a folder,

once an asset is selected,

you'll notice that the playlink button appears at the top.

Clicking that will give you the option to

create a new playlink containing that access.

You can also add to existing playlinks, if you wish.

The second way is to select the playlink icon on the left,

which will bring up the new playlink button.

Clicking this button will create a blank playlink

and you could start adding assets from there.

Note that the playlink can only contain assets from one folder.

So if you use the second method, be sure that you've selected the correct folder

before clicking on the playlink cycle.
