Flow Capture gives you the flexibility to define the security level for your

playlinks using the playlink access type drop down found on the options tab.

The default type will always be Inbox only, ensuring the highest level of security.

Inbox only playlinks are sent directly to the user's Flow Capture inbox,

and if you've enabled email notifications,

they'll receive a message at the address linked

to their Flow Capture account as well.

The next option down is the link with folder security option.

This access type will send a web link to all

recipients, which can then be viewed in a browser window

For both of these highly secure access types,

the recipients must log in using their Flow Capture

account credentials before they can view the content.

If they haven't set up an email and password combination,

The third option is link with access code, which is a medium secure playlink.

This option sends a web link to the recipients but doesn't

require those who receive it to have a Flow Capture account.

Instead, after clicking the link,

the recipient will need to enter an auto-generated

access code, which will also be emailed.

The access code will only allow them to view the specific playlink and nothing else.

Lastly, we have link without access code, which is our least secure option.

Keep in mind that the medium and least secure options aren't recommended when

sending out your most sensitive materials, due to the lower level of security.
