Once you have your room set up and have added your playlist of assets,

your next step is to add your participants.

To add participants to your room, just select it from the middle column

and click the participants icon on the right.

Then click the add participants button at the top.

From here,

you can add a user from your production by

clicking the plus button next to their name.

Or if you'd like to invite a user

who hasn't previously been added to your production,

you can enter their email address in the field at the top.

If you have teams set up already,

you can add an entire team at once by selecting the team's icon at the top

and clicking the plus button next to the team you'd like to add.

Once you've selected all of your participants,

just click the save button at the bottom and you're done.

Note that once you open your room,

a notification will be sent out to all participants informing them of the session

Participants can be added at any time, so if you prefer, you can open the room first,

click on the manage participants icon,

and then follow the same steps to send your invitations.

As the host, you can also remove participants at any time.

To do so, open up the manage participants dialog, click the X next to their name,

and then click Save.
