Discover how to create a new Room

Whenever you're looking to collaborate in real time,

your first step is to create a new Room.

To do so, first click on the room's icon on the left, then click create new

room at the top.

In the dialogue that opens,

click into the room name field and give your new room a name.

All rooms need to be tied to a specific production.

So if you're a participant on more than one,

select the production that you want to associate this room with.

All productions

allow for one room by default and you can find out which

of your productions have a room available by hovering over its name.

Lastly, if you like, you can give the room a description

or you can leave this blank.

Click save at the bottom and that's it.

Your room has been created and you can now

start to add playlists of assets and participants.
