To ensure you are easily identifiable, let's make sure you have a profile picture.

Your profile picture can be added, removed, or updated easily either from

your account settings page or from your profile page. From Account Settings,

Update your profile picture

Profile pictures can help to ensure users are easily identifiable in Flow Production Tracking. Profile pictures can be added, removed, or updated easily, either from Account Settings, or from a user's Profile Page.

From Account Settings

From Account Settings, which can be accessed by going to the user profile thumbnail on the top-right of the interface and selecting Account Settings, a user can select the Change Profile Picture button.

Select "Choose file" and navigate to the folder containing the image you want to use as your thumbnail photo.

Once chosen, select "Open" and "Replace"/"Upload".

From a Profile Page

From a user's Profile Page, which can be accessed either from Account Settings, by selecting your name on the top left corner above where the page displays "View my profile page", or by searching your name in the Search bar, select the drop-down menu in the top right of the thumbnail and choose "Replace Thumbnail".

Select "Choose file" and navigate to the folder containing the image you want to use as your thumbnail photo.

Once chosen, select "Open" and "Replace"/"Upload". 

Your thumbnail should now be uploaded as your profile picture in Flow Production Tracking and will be visible to all users.
