Module overview

In this module, you explore best practices for creating sheet metal parts and weldments, selection of the appropriate part or assembly pattern tool, the insertion and position of components in an assembly, and the modification or parts and assemblies parametrically in Autodesk Inventor.

After completing this module, you’ll be able to:

  • Create and modify sheet metal designs.
  • Use and determine appropriate pattern tools.  
  • Modify parts and assemblies parametrically.
  • Insert and position components in an assembly.
