- As you modify each of those space values, keep an eye on the schedule. the red highlighted areas will disappear when Specified values are within the tolerance of the Calculated values.
- If that -50 and +50cfm tolerance is too broad, you can set it to a smaller value.
- Note the Specified Supply Airflow column is clear of any highlights showing that we are now within range of the Specified and the Calculated requirements.
- To update the Actual and clear the Calculated highlighted fields, you will need to find the supply diffuser to that room and modify its cfm value.
- To help coordinate between the remaining diffusers flow rate and the calculated, split the screen in two.
- Go to your view tab.
- Then the windows panel.
- And select Tile Views.
- Go back to your floor plan.
- Select the first diffuser.
- Go to your property tab or the Option bar.
- Set the flow to within 10 cfm of the calculated supply airflow.
- As you update the diffuser flow, you can see the highlighted fields in the schedule slowly disappear.
- To navigate quicker through the model, select the diffuser.
- Go to your ribbon and select "highlight in model".
- Select that diffuser and change its value.
