this is a practice exercise solution for use work sharing.

The first thing we need to do in this exercise is enable work sharing

on the collaborate tab in the managed collaboration panel,

in the collaborate dialog, choose within your network and then click OK.

Rev It then enables work sharing

and now we can create a central model.

We can simply click save in the quick access toolbar and rev it

gives us this dialogue stating that it will create a central model.

So we can click Yes,

once rabbit saves the project, we can then click work sets to open the work sets,

dialogue and now we can create new work sets,

click new and the first work set we will call it

we'll leave visible in all views selected and then click OK.

and create a new work set called interiors.

And then we'll click Okay

then we can click OK to close the work sets dialogue

and we'll click no when rev it asks if we

want to make the interiors work set the active work set

and then we will select user created work sets.

That way we relinquish those work sets

And now to use those work sets will create a few

walls and then we can use the work sharing display modes.

I'll change the active work set to core and shell

and then on the architecture tab I'll activate the wall tool

And before I create these walls I'm gonna change the active work set to interiors

Now we have some walls created and they are on different work sets.
