In Info360 Asset, you can import and work with custom tables originally created in InfoAsset Planner.

Open your InfoAsset Planner project in ArcMap.

You can view which background layers and external tables are being referenced in the Catalog pane.

Expand the InfoAsset Planner database.

In this example the model is called FinishedProjectDB.gdb.

Locate the IMIC_Likelihoods table, and then drag and drop it into the Table of Contents.

From the Table of Contents, right-click the table and select Open.

For this example, look at the LOF12 row.

The Description and Attribute fields for this Likelihood ID is Count of service requests.

Take note of the LayerName and LayerFullName to help you locate this custom table in Info360 Asset.

In Info360 Asset, click the Data icon, then switch to the Custom Tables tab.

Add a Layer Name of "Count of service requests", set the System Type to Sanitary Sewer, and set the Related Asset Type to Pipe.

Navigate to the file location that you noted in the LayerFullName field, select the Data for Risk analysis.csv file, and then click Open.

Map the fields that you noted in the IMIC_Likelihoods table.

Start with the mandatory field, which is the asset ID that matches the asset ID in the GIS.

In the Configure popup, set the Target Field to PLR, turn on Primary Key, and then click OK.

Once the mapping is complete, make sure that Import Configuration is set to New Configuration, and then click Import.
