If you are already familiar with the AutoCAD Insert gallery and tool palettes,

you can use these to your advantage in your Civil 3D projects.

On the Insert tab of the ribbon, in the Block panel, click Insert.

From the gallery, choose a block, and then insert it into your drawing.

You can also customize your tool palettes to speed up your drawing process.

For example, you can add blocks and other types of content, such as hatches, tables, and other commands, for easy accessibility.
