When working with the Informed Design add-in for Revit, apart from regularly saving your cloud model,

it is also important to publish your latest versions.

When you are ready to publish, on the ribbon, Collaborate tab, Manage Models panel, select Publish Settings.

In the Publish Settings dialog, you can select the sets, types and views that you want to include in the publish operation.

Make sure to include all the collaborative views needed, such as 3D views,

so that they are available in Autodesk Docs and Informed Design.

When you have finished making your selections, click Save & Close.

Close all your views.

Then, from the Revit Home screen, select Autodesk Docs.

If you are using BIM Collaborate, you can similarly publish from there.

Navigate to your cloud model folder location and open the folder where the model is saved.

In the model data, notice that under Publish Status, it shows that there is an update available.

Under the settings column, click the ellipsis (…) and then select Publish Latest.

You do not need to publish every time that you save,
