Adjust page results

00:10

Entity pages can display an endless number of results.

00:14

The total number of results,

00:16

how many results are being displayed, and how many pages of results there are in total

00:21

will be displayed at the bottom of an entity page.

00:24

Let's take a look at the contracts page on the demo animation project.

00:30

In this example, the contracts page is displaying

00:33

the first 25 of 162 contracts. 25 records are displayed per page

00:41

and there are seven pages of records.

00:44

To change the number of records that are displayed,

00:47

click over the number of results currently displaying per page

00:51

and select the number of results you want to display.

00:54

You can display anywhere from 25 records to all results,

00:59

with 25 or less being the fastest to display

01:03

and all results being the slowest.

01:07

You can select the forward and backward arrow

01:09

buttons to move forward and backward between pages.

01:13

You can also jump to a specific page by typing in the page number.

01:18

It's important to be mindful of having multiple pages of results.

01:22

If you were to select all the records on a page to

01:26

make it change to a bunch of records at the same time,

01:30

you only have the current page results selected.

01:33

So if I do this on the contracts page,

01:36

I only have 25 contract records selected of the 162 total contract records.

01:43

To select all of the results at once,

01:46

I would need to display all results.
