If you assign a plot style table, when plotting,
00:06
you will only see the changes in the resulting output or when you preview the output.
00:12
But if you wish, you can assign a plot style table to a layout.
00:16
So that when you view the layout,
00:17
you see the drawing exactly as it will appear when printed
00:22
on the home rhythm
00:23
in the layers panel, expand the layer drop down and turn on the markup layer.
00:30
When you do, you can see that several markups have been added to the drawing
00:36
to change the layout so that it appears as it would when you print the drawing,
00:41
right, click the furniture plan layout tab
00:44
and choose page setup manager
00:48
in the page setup manager dialogue.
00:50
Make sure that the current layout is selected
00:53
and then click modify
00:56
to open the page setup dialogue.
00:59
This dialogue is very similar to the plot dialogue.
01:02
But in the plot style table group box, there is a check box,
01:07
expand the plot style table drop down and choose check plot dot C TB.
01:15
Then
01:16
select the display plot styles check box,
01:20
then click OK to close the page setup dialogue and then
01:24
close the page setup manager.
01:28
Now the layout appears in black and white,
01:31
but the markup is red.
01:34
When you hover the cursor over one of the view labels,
01:37
you can see that the color of the label is actually set to bi layer
01:42
and the layer color is currently set to magenta.
01:47
When you assign a plot style table to a layout
01:50
and then display the layout using that plot style table.
01:53
The layout displays exactly the way it will when printed,
01:57
what you see is what you get
02:02
to change this back. Right? Click the furniture plan layout, tab,
02:06
select page setup manager to reopen the page setup manager dialogue
02:12
and then click modify
02:14
to reopen the page set up dialogue.
02:17
If you simply clear the display plot styles check box,
02:21
the layout will no longer display using the plot style table.
02:25
But the plot style table selected in the drop down
02:27
will still be applied when you print this layout.
02:31
If that is not what you want,
02:33
expand the drop down and select none,
02:38
then click OK to close the page set up dialogue
02:42
and then close the page set up manager.
