Manage your Autodesk Tandem team and account settings by adding and removing members, renaming your organization, and viewing details on tagged asset usage.

Within the Manage space of Autodesk Tandem, if you have Account Administrator permissions,

you can control various aspects of your account from the Team and Usage tabs.

On the Manage page, click the Team tab to access Team Management settings.

To invite Account team members, make sure the Account Users list is selected, and then click Add Account User .

In the Add Account User dialog, enter their e-mail address, and then expand the Permission drop-down.

Specify their permission level as Read, Edit, or Manage.

To add users to one or multiple facilities, open the Facility User list and then click Add Facility User.

Similar to adding a user at the account level, enter their email, then select a facility from the drop-down.

If you need to remove a member, click their name, and then click Delete in the dialog box.

Tandem applies a default name when your account is created, but this can be changed here at any time.

Finally, click the Usage tab to review the total number of tagged assets across your portfolio, as well as by facility.

For reference, Tandem also includes the total number of model elements and the percentage of total tagged assets within each facility.

Be aware that, if you have removed tagged assets from a facility, Tandem does not immediately delete the data from these assets.

This is to safeguard against mistaken deletions and errors, or if you need to recall it later.

To permanently clear this information from your data set, click Facility Clean Up to remove all data from reclassified or deleted assets.
