When you first log in to Autodesk Tandem, you are met with the Home page,

where your most recently viewed facilities, saved views, and dashboards are listed.

The overview of your facilities portfolio can be found by navigating to the Facilities page in the header navigation bar.

The facilities page displays a list of facility cards.

Additionally, you can create new facilities or manage and access your existing facilities.

To add a facility, click Create New Facility and enter a Facility Name.

Further information, such as a Facility Template, Project Name, and Facility Address can be entered here as well,

but these fields are optional.

When you are finished, click Create, or in this case, click Cancel to close the dialog.

Note that if the Create New Facility button is not active,

you may not have sufficient permissions within the account,

and you will need to work with your account administrator as necessary.

If you would like to edit data for an existing facility,

on the facility card, click the Edit facility details pencil icon.

This opens the Update Facility dialog, where you can add or edit facility details.

When you select a facility card, in the facility details panel,

you see a list of recently viewed Saved Views, and Dashboards, and who created them.

These are grouped by event type—views or dashboards.

To view recent changes to a facility, click View History.

Users can filter this event history to a specific source using the All Sources drop-down.

Or, you can click the Date drop-down to filter events by a specific time period.

There are several ways to access the facility.

To access projects that have been shared with you from outside of your account, click Shared With Me.
