After creating and logging in to your Tandem account,

the first thing you see is the Home page and the in-product getting started experience.

Here, you can access product Help and Resources, such as tutorials for getting started,

as well as quick links to frequently used facilities, views, and dashboards.

You can also create a new facility from this page.

On the header navigation bar, you see links to switch between the Home, Facilities, and Manage pages,

Next, expand the Help & Feedback menu to access Help, contact support, or submit suggestions.

To share feedback, click Submit Your Ideas, and then scroll down and click Submit idea.

In the Submit new idea dialog, enter any suggestions or feedback, select the level of importance, and enter your email.

Then, click Submit to send it directly to the product team.

Return to the Tandem Home page and expand the profile drop-down.

Here, you can switch among any accounts that you have been added to using the Accounts drop-down.

Next to each account name, you also see the color-coded account type—which, in this case, is Free.

There is also a Theme drop-down, where you can select from Dark, Light, and Default themes.

From the Recent section of the Home page, you can access your frequently used facilities, saved views, and dashboards.

opens it in the associated facility—in this case, the Snowden Towers Sample Facility.

To add a new facility, scroll to the top of Recent items and click Create New Facility.

Enter a name for your facility, such as, “digital twin”, and optionally, apply a Template.

In this example, the default classification system, Masterformat, is selected.

You can also specify the Project Name, Facility Owner, Facility Address, and Time Zone.

When you are finished, click Create and Continue.

From the Import Model dialog, you can either upload a file from your device or point to your Autodesk Docs account.

From the File Upload tab, provide a Label, select the file, and then select the phase or view from the authoring model.

Or, upload files from Autodesk Docs.

Select a Revit model or other supported file type, such as IFC, and then specify the phase or view to import.

Note that you can only import one phase or view, so ensure that the information you want to import is included.

Now, click the Tandem logo to return to the Home page.

Processing time may vary depending on the model size, but users should still see the newly created facility in the Recent Facilities section.
