Once an aerial image project is processed, you can synchronize it from Autodesk Construction Cloud or Autodesk Drive

and open it as a point cloud for use in ReCap Pro.

From the Photo to 3D dashboard project thumbnail, click Download and open point cloud.

A dialog opens to confirm that you want to synchronize project files.

Click Proceed.

Desktop Connector now syncs the project from the cloud to your local project.

The syncing time can vary, depending on the size of the project.

Once syncing is complete, you see the point cloud generated using the Photo to 3D service.

Now, you can apply other ReCap options to this point cloud, such as running Scan to Mesh Local processing to create a segmented mesh.

From there, you can use the Mesh Editor to view, classify, and export the mesh model created from the associated point cloud.
