Your Ideas from the Fusion 360 IdeaStation
We take your suggestions very seriously as they help to shape Fusion 360, so please share your ideas and vote for new features / enhancements you would like to see. Here are a few popular submissions from the week:
- Normal View Button to view cube – I would like to have the normal view button at the view cube and it should have both functionality (as outside a sketch and as inside a sketch, according to what you are doing at this moment.
- Capture visibility in Named View – I think it would be great if we could capture visibility of parts/components in a named view. However, I would like to be able to turn parts/components off, and when I capture the Named View (Engine, for example), it captures not only the camera info, but also the parts that are displayed.
- Export files to BIM system – In the current configuration of Fusion 360 we can export only files in sat, iges, step or f3d. In Inventor Professional already has the Export Bim implemented, helping a lot in building elements like mobile and rfa families. With the infinite possibilities of organic modeling, I believe that this would benefit the entire BIM community.
