When solving problems using simulation, there’s a great deal of value in being able to reuse an existing set-up. This can be especially true in the new Thermal studies, where the only difference between iterations might be in the material definitions.
In the following video, we’ll show you how to reuse simulation definitions to test different designs in a short amount of time. Then, I’ll also show you how you can use these cloned Thermal studies to help you solve for Thermal Stress…the other new study found in Fusion 360:
