2D drawings coming to Fusion 360 Windows users

At last, 2D drawings will be making its first debut as a tech preview that is fully integrated with Fusion 360 in this next product update. Yes, yes, I know – we still don’t have the Mac version ready, however that won’t be the case for very long. Mac version of the 2D drawings functionality is slated for August timeframe. Thus for your viewing pleasure, here is a video that Garin made that give you a good idea of what you can do with this new feature in Fusion 360.

CAM preview for Windows have been getting a lot of attention since it was released, and now, Fusion 360 Mac users will be able to join the excitement and fully leverage everything CAM for Fusion 360 has to offer. Our post a couple weeks ago gets you up-to-speed with how to use CAM, so if you haven’t seen it, make sure to check it out here

With this new Mac version, you’ll be able to access CAM straight from the dashboard, from the design environment, and go from CAM to Modeling with a few simple clicks. When the product update becomes available, you’ll get the CAM preview automatically when you get the update.
