Your Ideas from the Fusion 360 IdeaStation
We take your suggestions very seriously as they help to shape Fusion 360, so please share your ideas and vote for new features / enhancements you would like to see. Here are a few submissions from the week:
- Make dimensional input box automatically resize to display entire measurements – When sketching larger objects, sometimes the entire dimension is not visible. Would be great if the box could automatically resize itself to display the dimension in its entirety, regardless of the preferred decimal accuracy.
- Add symbol to indicate when a moveable joint is locked – With dozens of joints, it can take a while to find it when it’s time to unlock it. It would be very helpful if locked joints had a symbol indicate that so they could be easily spotted.
- Enable mating for assembling – Please give us mating in Fusion 360 so we can decide when to use which tool to do the work more effectively and faster.
