Your Ideas from the Fusion 360 IdeaStation
We take your suggestions very seriously as they help to shape Fusion 360, so please share your ideas and vote for new features / enhancements you would like to see. Here are a few submissions from the week:
- “Extend” option – Hole command – In Fusion 360 it is not possible to generate holes inside solid bodies by removing material in both directions. Is it possible to add the “extend” option as in the inventor hole command?
- Use “simplify” tool from Simulation in CAM for generating stock model – The simplify tool in Simulation would be a perfect workflow for generating stock in CAM that has fewer features and retains the parametric link. Is this possible?
- Multiple account quick switch – I use Fusion 360 at work and personally for hobbies, So I often must switch between the two. It would be a lot quicker if I didn’t have to re-enter the ID and password of the account I want to switch to each time.
