Your Ideas from the Fusion 360 IdeaStation
We take your suggestions very seriously as they help to shape Fusion 360, so please share your ideas and vote for new features / enhancements you would like to see. Here are a few popular submissions from the week:
- Can we have a ‘sketch library’? Moveable sketches? – I would be very happy if there were a sketch library that was at the top level that would allow me collect/catalog my sketches (dimensioned features and such) and allow me to import a sketch into a project (picking the plane or face in that project).
- Merge sketches – I would like to be able to merge sketches so I can work with them like its one sketch. I often run into a problem when I want to do an offset in sketch mode on two different surfaces which are the same height, but I can’t then work on both offset sketches like it would be one.
- Pattern scale – I would find it helpful to have the option in the pattern options to have a scale down possibility so each copy in the pattern for example gets bigger or smaller.
Have a story to share? We would love to hear more about you and how you’re using Fusion 360! Shoot me an email at Shannon.McGarry@autodesk.com
