Your Ideas from the Fusion 360 IdeaStation
We take your suggestions very seriously as they help to shape Fusion 360, so please share your ideas and vote for new features / enhancements you would like to see. Here are a few submissions from the week:
- Unfold 3D Low Polygon Model to 2D Patter for Laser Cutting – What I want is the ability to translate a low polygon model with well-defined, flat, rigid faces into a perfectly flat pattern with negligible material dimension (i.e., paper) – like a .pdf or .dxf file that contains two things only: cut lines and fold lines.
- NHR Garden Hose Thread Standard – It would be a nice add to include the NHR – National Hose (Thread) to the list of possible pre-defined threads tool.
- Accessibility Support for The Colorblind – ~10% of all people are colorblind, yet the icons used in the UI are not conducive to this. Biggest offender is the one most used, visibility lightbulb in the browser tree. Can you offer settings to pick the colors used for items like this?
