Let’s use the example in the video above, starting from scratch without any dimensions. If you use the generic dimension command, there is no way to create the desired dimension. You must use the angular dimension. When you do so, the tooltip will request you to select an edge or press the spacebar to specify a point. So, press the spacebar on the keyboard and then click on the center of the circle.
Now, the tooltip requests we specify a point to define the first arm. Click on the endpoint of one of the center lines. Then, the tooltip will request you to specify a point to define the second arm. Select the endpoint of the other center line. After that, you will get the desired dimension, and you can place it wherever you want!
