When machining multiple components, some operators will decide to load stock in a vise, run the job, then repeat. On the other hand, multiple parts can be fixtured into a vise allowing for the machine to cut multiple parts in one job. This workflow will reduce the amount of time required to set up a job. Fusion 360 streamlines this process by using the CAM Component Pattern. Fusion 360 recognizes when components are patterned. Simply select the toolpaths and the source component and the toolpaths will propagate to the other instances.
