Working remotely can be a real challenge. For some, especially under the current challenges, we’re facing, making the adjustment can be particularly frustrating, as the disruption to the methods of making and innovating has made it to execute. We are here to help. Mercifully, here on the Fusion 360 team, we have a few people (like myself!) who are on the road a lot, and they’ve all taken the time to pitch in the top tips we’re sharing with you below. We also wish to reiterate the safety and wellness of our community is the most important thing to us right now. The cloud.
Saying “the cloud” in 2020 can feel like a reductive statement, but as far as we can tell, most of the problems people are facing revolve centrally around access to and proliferation of data. “The Cloud” is kind of a big abstract idea, though, so let’s break it down a bit really quickly. One of the most significant challenges of working right now is how we all adjust to our new schedules. Some have kids, or pets, or family that need to be looked after, some of us have routines in our personal lives that now impact the pace or hours we work, and some of us live in places with more inferior internet speeds making conference calls a bit harder to achieve.
