2022國際技能競賽「外觀模型創作職類」金牌國手 達康科技 培訓 Fusion 360

第46屆國際技能競賽 WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition，首次以分地分流方式辦理。首場賽事將在今年九月於瑞士舉辦，台灣由 外觀模型創作國手 – 雷豐嶽 打頭陣參賽，官方指定使用 Autodesk Fusion 360 CAD/CAM/CAE 雲端平台 為競賽軟體。
外觀模型創作 (Prototype Modelling)：主要測試選手的實作技能，不僅要求製作之精密度，亦融入選手工業設計的概念，因此在 CADCAM 軟體的熟悉度與應用，將成為競賽的關鍵。
Project goals
競賽方式係將試題以電腦輔助繪製 2D 及 3D 工作圖，包含所規劃之塗裝顏色及設計之指定部位功能。選手需依圖面使用相關 CNC 加工機及手工具，將材料依尺寸加工製作，再以噴漆方式進行塗裝，最後完成具高精密度且精美之外觀模型。

國立屏東科技大學 (National Pingtung University of Science and Technology NPUST) 為全台大學校區腹地最大的一所大學，也是位於全台最南端的學府，2004年木材工業系更名為【木材科學與設計系】，專門培育更貼近木製/木藝產業所需人才，落實學用合一的「產學零落差、技職即產值」之技職教育。木材實習工廠占地1000餘坪，提供學生實務操作場域，具各類精密木工機具50餘台，包含三軸、五軸 CNC 機台、以及先進的7軸工業機器人設備，藉由這些先進設備，能夠幫助實現數位化木工的產業技能。學校購買了需多設備，在購置設備後實際運作上並沒有想像中順利，包括軟體與硬體之間的驅動連結、機器人複雜編程應用等，學生單純靠教導試操作機器人，並沒有辦法快速達到想做的各式應用，只能進行簡單的動作。
