A large UK-based M&M Construction Contractor's understanding of scanning equipment and the use of it has proven to cause some major issues internally and at later stages of their projects. With information missing and the models in turn taking longer to generate, delays have been noticeable and more frequent especially with specific projects the business takes on.
The key goal of this project was to make the whole design process quicker and more efficient. To maximise their productivity, M&M Construction sought to standardize their business workflows so that all employees consistently adhered to the same processes.

Throughout the process of training and supporting our client M&M Construction, it was decided that Autodesk Construction Cloud (including the Autodesk Build solution) would be leveraged in order to facilitate the large files across teams and ensuring the information was available immediately after gathered. This enabled them to work more collaboratively as a team, to notice where information was missing and ultimately generate their designs saving 4 days.
By undergoing a workflow evaluation process, M&M Construction business has benefitted immensely not only from the immediate efficiency gains but they also now feel that any future developments can be made easily and quickly due to Man and Machine’s understanding and trust with the organisation.
