Solution:

Model size is not the most important indicator of file performance, so there isn't a "recommended" size for these files.
Several factors affect model performance and should be considered.

- The minimum requirements may be insufficient to use several "small" models simultaneously.
- In addition to the amount of RAM required, review the video adapter information, as an underpowered video card can negatively affect model performance.
How to calculate RAM required for a specific project size in Revit
For Revit versions older than 2021, the local model size was limited to 2 GB. See the following for more information:
- Revit File over 2 GB cannot be opened
- "Operation could not be completed" when saving a model to Revit Server (For Revit Server, the 2GB limit still occurs)
