"You are not a member of any projects" from within Revit

Issue:

  • The message "You are not a member of any projects" appears within Revit
  • Logging into the BIM 360 Team or BIM 360 Document Management website gives an error
 

Causes:

The Revit Cloud Worksharing, BIM 360 Document Management (Docs) or BIM 360 Team services may be experiencing technical issues.

Solution:

Visit the Autodesk Health Dashboard to see if Revit Cloud Worksharing, BIM 360 Docs or BIM 360 Team services are in a degraded status that would explain why you are receiving the error messages.

If the license seat was newly assigned to the user, degraded service can also cause a delay in license being assigned.
