Issue:

Is it possible to change the default location of the CollaborationCache folder in Revit? Can local copies of models and links that are cached when opening and working with cloud models from BIM 360 in Revit be moved to another location?

Causes:

Changing the location of where cached files from Revit Cloud Worksharing are saved is supported in Revit 2024 and later product versions only. 

The default location is:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit ####\CollaborationCache

Where #### stands for the Revit version.
 

Solution:

Revit 2024 and later versions

Revit 2023 and earlier versions

There is no option within Revit to change this path. Outside of Revit you could try redirecting files through changes in Windows: Redirect the collaboration cache to a different location.
Note: This is not a recommended workflow and might cause other serious issues.
