Solution:

Disable add-ons

  1. Disable add-ons using the instructions in the following article: How to disable add-ons for Revit.
  2. If the issue is cleared with add-ons disabled, re-enable the add-ons (starting with Autodesk Add-ons) individually or in groups until you identify the ones causing the issue.
  3. Check if there are updates available for the identified add-ons, then test if the issue continues after updating.

Third Party add-ons

  • If the issue occurs with the latest updates applied, contact the maker of the add-on for further troubleshooting.
