Interactive guided troubleshooting:

Use the following wizard for interactive guided troubleshooting:

Troubleshooting BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud model access from Revit.

Manual troubleshooting

Basic items to check:

  1. Check the Internet connection, if possible try another network. If access is provided through a different network, check the network security settings of the affected network: Revit Cloud Worksharing: Proxy Server and domain exception.
  2. Check that the project can be accessed through the website:
    1. If an invitation email has been received but not accepted, click the link in the email to activate your membership.
    2. If the project cannot be accessed from the website, check with the BIM 360 Team/Document Management administrator to confirm project membership.
  3. Try signing out of the Autodesk Account in Revit and then signing back in. (Note: Make sure to use the same alias or email address to sign in to Revit and to the BIM 360 website).
  4. Verify that at least one model has been uploaded to the project (through BIM 360). If there are no models uploaded, then the Revit Open dialog box will not see the project.
