DBG_INFO: The group depth of an undone transaction [0] is inconsistent with the number of currently open groups [1]: line 1174 of E:\Ship\2022_px64\Source\Revit\RevitDB\Undo\UndoMgr.cpp.
DBG_WARN: Closing more transaction groups than currently flagged as open.: line 1881 of E:\Ship\2023_px64\Source\Revit\RevitDB\Undo\UndoMgr.cpp.
DBG_INFO: Trying to decrement grouping level by more than what is currently open!: line 1441 of E:\Ship\2023_px64\Source\Revit\RevitDB\Undo\UndoMgr.cpp.
DBG_WARN: Aborting more transaction groups than exist!: line 1898 of E:\Ship\2023_px64\Source\Revit\RevitDB\Undo\UndoMgr.cpp.

Status:

This incident is being investigated for a possible cause and resolution.

Workaround:

Use one of the following workarounds to avoid this behavior:
  • When working in the properties palette, check if the Apply button is active before using Ctrl Z. If it is, move the mouse outside the properties window, or click Apply before using Ctrl Z.
  • When opening dialogs from the properties palette ensure that they are not overlapping the properties and use the OK or Cancel buttons instead of Escape. This should cause Revit to see that the mouse has left the properties area, and apply changes so that a subsequent undo operations (Ctrl-Z) work normally.

More Troubleshooting

If the issue doesn't seem to be occurring when using Ctrl+Z, see the following article for more troubleshooting on this topic: Changes made in Revit model are lost or reverted
