"Printer cannot be used with print settings..." error when exporting or converting model from Revit to Navisworks

Issue:

"Printer cannot be used with print settings..." error message is received when exporting a Revit model to Navisworks using the exporter within Revit or when opening the model directly within Navisworks. Multiple dialogue boxes will pop up stating that print settings cannot be used.

 

 

Solution:

This is a known behavior still under investigation by development.

When the dialog box is dismissed, the .nwc export will complete.
