Not posting G41 moves.

Causes:

In control and wear compensation types are not supported for multi-axis operations.

Solution:

Toolpath settings

  • Disable In Control or Wear compensation and enable In Computer compensation in the multi-axis operation. Be sure to create the cutting tool at the exact size so that computer compensation can be used accurately.

Post settings

  • Under the post settings add a value in the  "Minimum cord length" under "Build in" and add a negative value in the X-axis minimum limit" under "Configuration".

Use Polar interpolation

Use "usePolarInterpolation" as a Manual NC command. The machine should support this.
